For this door-to-door transport service, the customer hired us through uShip. The customer had a very firm timeframe for the pickup and delivery. Their schedule was tight. They wanted to be there at the pick-up time, so a pick-up was arranged within 24 hours. As requested, they were able to witness the car being loaded and complete the inspection report.
