I booked a vehicle transport from Phoenix to Stillwater, Minnesota over the weekend. They said pickup would happen within 1 to 3 business days. It was picked up on Monday. They said delivery would happen within 3 days of pickup. It arrived on Thursday. No drama. No nonsense. No surprise price games. The driver was friendly, professional, and made my wife feel comfortable during pickup, which mattered because this was her first time going through the process. On the delivery end, he brought the vehicle right up to the garage in Stillwater without any issues. Bottom line: they did what they said they would do. They honored the quote, hit the timeline, communicated clearly, and made the whole process easy. That alone is worth 5 stars these days.
