What is a Bill of Lading (BOL)?

The Bill of Lading (BOL), also called the "Condition Report", is a required document that serves as receipt of freight service. You will be given this document by the carrier who picks up your vehicle. The information you have to fill out is the pick-up and delivery location details, the year/make/model of the vehicle, freight amount being paid for the services rendered, mark any damages prior to the pick-up and sign it. At the time of delivery you will receive a copy of the BOL from the time of the pick-up.
