What if damage to my car is caused by my personal items?

Any damage caused by personal items would not be covered by the motor carrier's cargo insurance policy. You ship personal items at your own risk. If you are shipping personal belongings, we strongly recommend that you properly pack and secure the items inside the trunk or the rear cargo area of the vehicle. This will reduce the risk of damage to your car.
