If I need to cancel, will I get a refund?

You are covered by our Refund Guarantee Policy which promises; SGT will refund all payments by customer if 

(A) Barring Customer imposed Restrictions issues, written cancellation is received before pickup, where the estimated pickup window has expired.

(B) Written cancellation is received before pickup, where there was an increase to the quoted tariff as listed in the Customer Shipping Contract (CSC

(C) SGT exercises its right to cancel the order at any time.
