An interesting specific in this batch of reviews came from a customer who purchased a vehicle out of state and had it transported 600-plus miles to its new owner, and that the “luck of the draw” in assigning transport drivers resulted in a positive experience. We could use a review like that to emphasize the fact that our transport drivers are all carefully screened and background checked for not only the right equipment, experience, licensing, permits, etc but also for the right service-oriented attitude with customers.

The transport was scheduled to take 3 days. I was present for both the pickup and drop-off. There was no problem with the pickup even though the truck was large; I took a film of my driveway and the driver said it was perfect for him.

At pick-up, the driver was able to easily access my street, and the entire process, from inspection to loading the car onto the truck, took only about five minutes. I've used their services a couple of times, transporting my car from Ohio to Florida and then from Florida to Texas. Each journey took about 2 to 3 days. The communication was great, and they handled my car very well. Overall, both experiences were positive, and I was very satisfied with their service.
The transport process was well-organized. The person who set everything up for me did a great job answering my questions and stayed in touch throughout the process. The transport was from Colorado Springs, Colorado, to Stafford, Virginia. They picked up my vehicle as scheduled at 5 PM and delivered it in the same condition three days later, just as they promised. The driver arrived the evening before the scheduled delivery and made sure to drop it off the following morning.
Overall, my experience with SGT Transport Service was excellent. The customer service and the price, in particular, were impressive. I primarily interacted with them over the phone, and their service was efficient and dependable. If I were to rate my experience, I'd give them a 5-star rating.
