We pick up your vehicle

A few hours before your scheduled pick-up time, your assigned carrier will get in touch to confirm the details. They also need to confirm that the pick-up location is safe and legal for large commercial vehicles. If it’s not, don’t worry. You can agree upon an alternative location, such as a wider street nearby, where you work, or in a parking lot, if necessary. They also require confirmation to make sure someone is available to release the vehicle. If you can’t be there, you can nominate a third -party to act on your behalf. Consider asking a neighbor, friend, family member, or work colleague.

Before the carrier loads your vehicle onto the classic car transport trailer, you first have to examine it along with the driver, checking for any existing damage. Make a record of this on the Bill of Lading, before you sign. You’ll be given a copy of this important document that you must keep safe.

Now all the paperwork is complete, you can say goodbye to your precious baby and they will load it very carefully onto the trailer. You receive your vehicle

You’ll receive another phone call from your assigned carrier when your classic car is almost home. With a few hours notice, you can make sure you’re available to accept delivery of your car.
