There are a lot of lessons learned in those 12 years, for once, that people matter and that the team you build is the force that drives us forward. We also know that our customers are the true treasure for our success, and that leaving them happy with the service and the experience is what truly sets us apart. We’ve also learned that connections matter, and in a fast-paced, transient industry such as auto transportation, it's important to build relationships and see people for their true value as individuals. SGT learned a lot about the industry, how it operates, and what truly drives it, and these 3 things have made us into such a strong, ever-growing, and evolving unit.

Ever since the beginning of SGT Auto Transport, we’ve known and enforced the fact that the customer comes first. Each development, each step forward, every new carrier we vet and introduce to our network, has been a way to serve our customers - because we know that their satisfaction is our key to success. That is why we emphasize to every new team member that the customer comes first, and that taking care of them is the basis of all that we do. And in 2026, they’ve continued to promote this smart-solution approach with the implementation of an A.I. powered price calculator that uses intricate calculations, based on 12 years of market data and live feeds of fuel prices, to guarantee the closest price estimations on the market.
