- Once the busy work is done, you can submit all of the inspection certificates and the following documents: a valid state-issued ID, bill of sale for a newer vehicle, lienholder information if the car is leased, if it's not leased, the old registration and the out-of-state title.
- You must also submit a Vehicle Inspection Certificate (Form VP015), which is specific for out-of-state vehicle registration in the state of Nevada.
- You must also submit an odometer disclosure and proof of insurance.
