Rev Up Your Engines: Unveiling the Hottest Goodguys Automotive Events for 2024

The Goodguys Rod & Custom Association is the largest association in the US dedicated to street rods, custom cars, and show cars. Founded by lifelong hot rodder Gary Meadors in 1983, it boasts over 70,000 active members worldwide. 

Goodguys hosts 20 annual rod and custom car show events across the United States, along with vintage drag races. These custom car showcase events feature a dazzling array of candy-colored hot rods, customized trucks, powerful muscle cars, and elegant classics, all displayed in various venues including lush fairgrounds, super speedways, and expansive outdoor spaces.

14th FiTech Fuel Injection Spring Nationals presented by Grundy Insurance - March 15-17, 2024

Scottsdale, AZ | WestWorld of Scottsdale

The 14th FiTech Fuel Injection Spring Nationals, presented by Grundy Insurance, is revving up and heading to WestWorld of Scottsdale from March 15 to 17, 2024. This exciting Goodguys car show promises a dazzling display of over 2,500 remarkable vehicles, including rods, customs, classics, muscle cars, important, and trucks dating up to 1999. 

Whether you’re a seasoned car enthusiast or just love the thrill of horsepower, this is an automotive festival you shouldn’t miss.

23rd Meguiar’s Del Mar Nationals presented by FiTech Fuel Injection - April 5-7, 2024

With three full days, this is one of the many must-attend car events taking place this year. The show is only open to 1987 vehicles and older, except for Sunday when all years are welcome, as long as they’re able to make it to the USA. 

The list of features includes:

This show brings over 2,000 of the southwest’s finest 1999 and older hot rods, trucks, customs, muscle cars, and classics together. This year, you can also stroll through miles of aisles packed with vintage parts that the historic Pate Swap Meet delivers.

18th BASF Nashville Nationals - May 17-19, 2024

One of America’s favorite car shows returns to the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus for the Goodguys 26th Summit Racing Nationals presented by PPG. Over 6,000 of the country’s finest 1999 and older hot rods, trucks, customs, muscle cars, and classics will fill the fairgrounds and you don’t want to miss Goodguys Classic Performance Products AutoCross racing series action featuring the Forgeline “Buckeye Shootout”. 

There is also a huge swap meet, Cars 4 Sale Corral and vendor midway, and live music. You also get to see which rides take home the top awards of the weekend including Builder’s Choice Awards by The Roadster Shop and South City Rod & Custom. Goodguys also will be crowning their PPG Street Machine of the Year and Classic Instruments Street Rod of the Year on Saturday! 36th Griot’s Garage Pacific Northwest Nationals presented by Wicked Fabrication - July 26-28, 2024

Puyallup, WA | Washington State Fair Events Center

America’s Favorite Car Show returns to the great Northwest July 26-28 at the Washington State Fair Events Center in Puyallup for the Goodguys 36th Griot’s Garage Pacific Northwest Nationals! This is the biggest hotroddin’ party of the year featuring over 2,500 of the country’s finest 1999 and older hotrods, trucks, customs, muscle cars, and classics! Participants also get to shop the swap meet, Cars 4 Sale Corral, and vendor midway, enjoy live music and twilight cruisin’, check out the Pinstriper’s Brush Bash, and see which rides take home the top awards of the weekend including Builder’s Choice Awards by Art Morrison Enterprises!
