What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order without any penalties any time before we assign a carrier to pick up your vehicles. We understand plans may change so you can also cancel after we assign a carrier but in this case we will keep the non-refundable small partial payment because we consider the service as rendered. However, you can use the deposit in the next 6 months if you plan to ship a car again. If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible via phone at (864) 546-5038 or Live Chat and submit a cancellation request in writing to before your vehicle is picked up.
