What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order without any penalties at any time before we assign a carrier to pick up your vehicle(s). We understand that plans may change so you can also cancel after we assign a carrier. The deposit is fully refundable in the event a cancellation request is received and the vehicle has not yet been picked up. Our services are considered rendered once a carrier has picked up your car. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via phone at (828) 518-6791 or Live Chat. Please note, all cancellation requests must be sent in writing to: [email protected] before your vehicle is picked up.
