What is your refund policy?

SGT Auto Transport will refund all payments by Customer if:
(A) Barring Customer imposed Restrictions issues, written cancellation is received before pickup, where the estimated pickup window has expired.
(B) Written cancellation is received before pickup, where there was an increase to the quoted tariff as listed in the Customer Shipping Contract (CSC)
(C) SGT Auto Transport exercises its right to cancel the order at any time.
As per our cancellation policy, fees may be applicable, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: [email protected], phone or LiveChat requests will not be accepted.
