Open car transport: this is a system where your car is loaded onto a double-decker trailer with several others, much the same kind of rig as the ones that deliver cars to dealerships. Open car transport is popular and cost-effective, though it does have the disadvantage of leaving your vehicle exposed to the elements.

Enclosed car transport: we’ve had a lot of experience with high-dollar, rare, antique or very fragile cars, and enclosed car transport is a perfect solution. Your car is loaded into a closed trailer and locked in, where it’s sealed up on all four sides for its entire trip, away from prying eyes and any possible damage. While enclosed car transport does offer enhanced security, it comes at a premium cost and availability of drivers can be problematic. 

Guaranteed pickup service: we want to make this process as easy for customers as possible, and guaranteed pickup and delivery means one less headache for you. Your driver shows up at a predetermined time and date to load your vehicle, and delivery at the destination will be done with the same punctuality. 

White-glove delivery: when you’ve got a car that really needs VIP treatment, white-glove delivery is an enhanced level of handling and care. That includes regular check-ins with the driver at your request, GPS tracking, surveillance of the vehicle while it’s in transit and more. 

If your car isn’t in running order, please let us know beforehand. We do ship non-running cars (such as a project that needs to go to a specialist in another state for work), but it does require special equipment for loading and more time and work for the driver.

Please be sure your battery is charged, all four tires are inflated, and headlights and taillights work. 

Don’t forget to get a copy of the ignition key to the driver, and remember to get the driver’s mobile phone number so you can stay in contact.

Curb weight is a big part of figuring out shipping costs; remember to ship your car with a quarter tank or less of fuel, as that will help keep weight down. 

The driver will ask you to inspect the car’s condition (he’ll do the same for his bill of lading report), and it’s a good idea to give the vehicle a good wash job first to make it easier to spot any scrapes or damage.
