The 4 star because there was a minor miscommunication that had me expecting the car to be picked up and assigned to a driver sooner than what was standard. I also called to get an update from the company during the few days in between when a driver was getting assigned and there wasn't any real update available at that point in time and the dispatch seemed a bit annoyed over it (I spent a lot of money on purchasing this car so I'd hoped my concern was understandable). Once the driver was assigned however, there were frequent updates sent to me and communication was very good. I did really appreciate the fact that my car was delivered the same day it was picked up since it was within distance.
